Q7: HOW CAN I FIX MY EXERCISE BIKE THERE IS A NOISE?

A: First check the position of the flywheel and whether the pedals are in good condition. If the flywheel is not in the center, loosen the screws on both sides of the flywheel, adjust the position of the flywheel and tighten a few screws.Check whether the pedal and crank screws are loose and if the pedal is broken(remove the pedal and turn the cranks. If there is noise when you turn the crank after you remove the pedals,it means the pedals are broken).

If the noise comes from pedal area:
1.If the pedal is Ok.Remove the belt cover. Then pedal the bike,if there is no noise,it might be the belt disk defective. But if there is still noisy, see if the belt deviates because the belt needs to keep the front and back slots on the same line. Then check if the belt disc screws are loose.Check the belt area for debris, dust, etc.
2.Use some oil on the bearings and then do not add any resistance to the flywheel.Turn the pedal by hand. If there is any noise, the bearing is broken. We need to change the bearing.
If the noise comes from flywheel area:
A. Check whether there is friction between the flywheel and the flywheel protection cover, monitor cable line and other parts.
B. Check whether the screws on both sides of the flywheel are loose.
C. Check brake pads for wear.
D. Whether there is noise without resistance.
If the noise comes from seat:
May be seat screws (both bottom and sides of the seat), plum knob, pull pin not tightened. If you're sure they all tightened, I can send send you a new seat to try.
